Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to booking requests made through this website and to rentals arranged as a result.
01Booking requests
Submitting a request through this website does not create a confirmed reservation. Each request is reviewed by our team, and a rental exists only once we have confirmed it with you in writing.
02Prices
Rates shown on this website are indicative starting prices. The final price depends on your dates, the vehicle, the mileage allowance and any extras, and is confirmed before the rental begins.
03Driver requirements
The driver must meet the minimum age and licence requirements shown for the vehicle, and must present valid identification and a valid driving licence at handover.
04Deposit and charges
A refundable security deposit is taken at handover. Traffic fines, tolls, fuel differences and damage not covered by the agreed insurance may be deducted from it.
05Use of the vehicle
The vehicle may be driven only by drivers named in the rental agreement, must not be used for racing or towing, and must not leave the country without written permission.
06Liability
Our liability is limited to what is provided for in the rental agreement and by applicable law in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
